Standard Independent Bias Audit — $4,950
The standard price assumes:
- One AEDT.
- One employer or employment-agency deployment context.
- One defined audit period and validated dataset.
- An identified hiring and/or promotion workflow.
- A supported AEDT output type under the implemented methodology.
- Historical data compatible with the intake specification, or a separately reviewed permitted data basis.

- Scope confirmation and independence review.
- Controlled data-intake and validation review.
- Applicable selection/scoring rates and impact-ratio calculations.
- Sex, race/ethnicity and required intersectional analysis for the supported output type.
- Professional audit review.
- Technical audit report.
- Publication-ready Summary of Results support.
- Methodology and independence disclosures appropriate to the engagement.

Typical turnaround
Standard: 7–10 business days after both scope confirmation and receipt of a complete, validated dataset.
Expedited: from 5 business days, subject to capacity, scope and data readiness.
The published turnaround clock does not begin while required data remains incomplete, materially inconsistent or unsuitable for the agreed analysis.
When a custom quote is required
Custom scoping may be required for multiple tools, materially different tool versions, multiple deployment contexts, extensive data reconstruction, complex test-data development, unsupported or novel output architectures, legal opinions, litigation support or work beyond the contracted LL144 bias-audit scope.
Annual renewal
A covered AEDT may not be used or continue to be used when more than one year has passed since the most recent bias audit. Returning clients with a comparable system and workflow may qualify for renewal pricing from $3,950 after a renewal scope check.
