What this tool does — and does not do
6 RCNY §5-301(a) states that an employer or employment agency may not use or continue to use an AEDT if more than one year has passed since the most recent bias audit. Planning 90, 60 and 30 days ahead can reduce renewal risk, especially where data validation or publication updates take time.
